  • Running resource-intensive applications that negatively impact server performance.
  • Engaging in cryptocurrency mining or other high-resource activities without prior approval.

5. Fair Use Policy

Our services are subject to a Fair Use Policy, which outlines acceptable usage limits for bandwidth, disk I/O, and other resources. Violations of this policy may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account.

6. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your hosting plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Chargeback Policy: Any initiation or processing of a chargeback on your account will result in the immediate termination of your account, deletion of all associated services and data, and forfeiture of any potential refunds.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our services and other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, downtime, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Québec.
